Flavorful Culinary Experience

The food at the main restaurant was very nice! We dined during their BBQ night, and all the chefs prepared wonderful dishes. The local specialty Kottu was a highlight that I highly recommend trying. Each meal was an lovely culinary adventure.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location by the Weerawila lake was stunning and perfect for relaxation, but the rooms had some issues with cleanliness, including bugs. The service was a highlight, with friendly staff and tasty food, although my experience with the dining could have been improved. Overall, the value for money wasn't ideal due to the room issues, but the peaceful atmosphere is worth mentioning.

The rooms were unfortunately not up to par for a five-star experience, filled with bugs such as ants and mosquitoes. When I brought this up, it took them three hours to move me to a new room, which still had ants. This was disappointing.

I loved the modern, clean rooms with a beautiful garden view, while the helpful staff ensured we had everything we needed. Dining was enjoyable, especially the delicious buffet at Spoonbill, although I wish the cocktail portions were a bit more generous.
